I qualified as an RYT-200 in October of 2021 as well as getting certified in a 20hr Yin Yoga focused training.
It is my absolute pleasure to be offering both types of yoga for those that want to add to this type of practice into their lives.
Yoga For Your Well-Beeing.
I created Bee Well with the mission to help people feel better both in body and mind, all while raising awareness about honeybees. This philosophy remains as true today as it did in 2007 when I founded the company. I have been teaching yoga for three years and have had my own personal practice for over 15years. I have a background in yin yoga as well as, yoga for athletes and yoga philosophy. There is a lot of intention behind my classes, I hope you can feel the intent as I guide you through every sequence.
Offerings:
I primarily focus on private sessions but I do teach classes in the back yard at Organic Roots Salon and Spa in the Spring/Summer/Fall months.
I am available for events as well.
In addition to my 200hr certification, I also have a background in yin yoga, yoga for athletes and yoga philosophy to help enhance your yoga session. I have plenty of props and mats. I am happy to build a class just for you complete with playlist.
For those that have never tried a yoga class, please know you can still do yoga even if you are:
not flexible!
not spiritual!
not athletic!
not sure where to begin?
Rates:
Private Yoga Sessions are $50/hr. This price includes a 15m free consultation to help me understand your goals. 48hrs is required to get the sequence/playlist ready for a session.
I am available for early morning yoga sessions, you will not see this listed online so please email/call if you are interested in this.
Why Bee Well:
With over 20yrs experience in massage therapy and three years' experience as a yoga instructor I can help create a wellness experience for someone of any age, race, gender, and fitness level. You are all welcome here.
I know I have said this, but my classes are made with intention, we are not just going to throw our bodies around from down dog to see who can hold the best head stand.
What you will find here is a safe space to explore your breath, to get into your body and connect what we practice on the mat with our real life.
As yogi’s we are always students. I am here to guide you through every step but please know I look forward to learning from you as well.
If you show up consistently you will get stronger both in body and mind and I am here to support you every step of the way. I will meet you where you are in your yoga or wellness journey and we can go from there.
For your first session we will go over an intake form so I can get a better idea of your goals. I will remind you that you have a choice, this is your practice, I am just here to guide you.
Your session does not have to end when you leave your mat, I am happy to make supporting yoga videos for you to do at home for a small fee. I am around to do some research or offer some guidance based on yoga philosophy.
Yoga is not just about what happens on the mat(asana or postures) there are many layers and I invite you to explore them with me.
