Answers to your questions and my operating policies

Please read my policies and faq’s for answers to common questions.

If you are unsure of anything, please contact me.

  • You have up to 24hrs before your session to cancel. If you cancel within 24hrs of your session you are responsible for the full fee of your session, if you are ill or there is an emergency you are responsible for half the fee of the session. If I have to cancel within 24hrs of your session, you save $15 off your next session.

    In the event of bad weather we can discuss on a case by case scenario but I usually go by what the Portland school district does.

  • If are ill, starting to get ill or recovering from being ill please reschedule.

  • In the event of a storm or bad weather, if Portland/So. Portland school district is closed I do as well. If it the storm falls on a Saturday we will discuss as needed.

  • I am on the second floor at Organic Roots Salon and Spa. 545 Westbrook St, South Portland Maine

  • I will run monthly specials sometimes, please follow me on Instagram for those details.

    I do not accept tips and there are no fees.

  • cash, Venmo, check or a credit card or you can pay online

  • There is plenty of free-off street parking in the Organic Roots lot.

    There is also free street parking, but I have never had anyone need to use it.

  • I have my phone with Spotify or a cd player and a blue tooth speaker.

    You are more than welcome to play whatever you want on Spotify or through your phone.

  • I do my best to have a nice variety of vegan massage oils and lotions on hand for you to choose from.

    Not up for making the decision? No problem, I will find the right one for you.

  • Bee Well Massage and Yoga LLC practice’s therapeutic massage, proper draping is always used without any exceptions.

  • Bee Well Massage and Yoga LLC is a member and insured by AMTA Insurance as well as a member of the Yoga Alliance.

  • I do not accept tips and there are no fees. If you get a discount or take advantage of a special and have the means to tip I appreciate it.

  • I can work with anyone from the age of 13-18 with parents permission and 18-118!
