January 4th, 2008 at 9:04 pm here is a simple recipe every one, especially mommy's' should have in their kitchen.
every one knows when you have a terrible cough it is your bodies way of releasing unwanted mucus and toxins. cough syrups suppress your cough which is prolonging your healing time. simply combine 1/2 teaspoon of honey and 1/2 teaspoon of lemon juice and you will begin to feel the effects immediately. you can do this as many times a day as needed.
never give a baby under 1 year old honey. you can substitute sugar. and if your little angel is a picky eater, just give him/her a teaspoon of honey!
this is also great for a soar throat!
