honey fruit smoothie!

Honey Fruit Smoothie- delicious and good for you!  

  1. 2 cups organic whole milk
  2. 2 cups of fruit of your choice
  3. 1 tbsp. Honey Gardens honey
  4. 1 tbsp. bee pollen granules
  5. 1 tbsp. fresh squeezed lemon juice
  6. fresh mint/garnish
  7. Put in blender blend until smooth, garnish with mint, serves 2.

    For another great smoothie try-

    2 cups OJ, one banana, one apple, one kiwi, one container of Strawberry yogurt, and I added some Honey Gardens wild cherry syrup, HG blueberry syrup, and HG elderberry syrup, along with some all natural fiber powder and an all natural liver cleanse powder. Mix in a blender for about 3-5min. and drink! Its so yummy and you can feel good about drinking it too!

    I made a great smoothie with my BFF Rose while she was here to visit me from Philadelphia!
    I took 2-3cups OJ, 1 kiwi, 1 granny smith apple, 1 banana, 1cup of carrots, 1cup of celery, 1Tbs of Honey Gardens honey, I used 1tsp of HG cherry syrup, HG elderberry syrup, HG blueberry syrup, and then I blended it all together! It was so good! I like the celery in it, it took away some of the bitterness of all the OJ and syrups so it was smooth, like a smoothie should be!Try it!
